Introduce common_test.go with helper functions for cross-platform testing: - `testBinaryName()` handles platform-specific binary extensions - `cleanupTestPath()` provides consistent test cleanup - Normalize paths with `filepath.ToSlash()` for consistent comparisons Refactor tests to use these utilities for better Windows compatibility.
